As of writing this, there’s no way to do the fancy link that autofills the code in the redemption site when you click it, so you’ll have to copy and paste it manually.
How to Redeem Redemption Code in Zenless Zone Zero?
Here's how to claim them:
- Please log in to your HoYoverse Account before redeeming. Make sure you have created an in-game character and linked it to your HoYoverse Account. Otherwise, you will be unable to redeem.
- After successful redemption, you will receive the redeemed items via in-game mail. Please check your mailbox to ensure that you have received the items and claim them within the mail's validity period.
- Please note the redemption conditions and validity period of the redemption code. Redemption is not possible if the conditions are not met or if the redemption code has expired.
- Redemption codes are single-use. The same code cannot be repeatedly used by the same character.
- Once the redemption code has been used, the process cannot be cancelled. Please make sure you log in with the correct account before using the redemption code.
- If you encounter any issues during the redemption process, please contact Customer Service.
